No Snow Mammoth

So what do you do when there is no snow in January?
 We found out that feeding ducks on a frozen lake is fun and inexpensive!
We skied during the week too, but this was the highlight of their trip.  Who knew?

We planned on just having a picnic by the lake one day and the ducks started flying in begging for food.  We shared our Subway sandwiches with them and then came back three more days to feed them again.

Chloe for sure is the "duck whisperer."   She was feeding them from her hands and petting them.  So cute!

Bobby was happy he found the perfect hunting spot.  Too bad he has two girls who are deeply in love with the birds!
